Problem connecting to DB

Okay, I’ve uploaded all of the files to my FTP server and I changed the wp-config file w/ my database settings as well. The problem comes when trying to load the wp-install page. It says it can’t connect to the database, yet I know everything is correct. It keeps saying it can’t connect to mysql239.secureserver.net yet in the php file I told it to connect to the host at mysql233.secureserver.net. Can somebody tell me what’s going on here.

P.S. I’m pretty sure the servers aren’t down or anything like that.
