You should add new menu Link item. If you’d like to add a menu item to the main catalog page, you should type the title for the item, and then in URL field type “/catalog/“.

Just check in “Center Container” check-box on Goods Catalog Settings page 🙂 (see the screenshot here: http://pix.toile-libre.org/upload/original/1430908053.jpg)
And you also need to set “Container Width” = 75%, I guess (this option is above the “Center Container“.

You need to update your permalinks. Just go to Settings -> Permalinks and press “Save”. You don’t need to change it.
