    Hi when i try to change the date for the download’s reports I always get this error:

    I have Versión 4.0.5 of this plugin and 4.9.4 in WordPress ¿any idea to solve this question?

    I tested this but was not able to replicate the error. Can you please ask your web host which version of PHP is active on your web server?

    I’m sorry to hear that. What are you trying to change the date to? Could you make a screenshot of your reports page after you’ve changed the date?

    I have detected something…. this fails when I try to change to a previous month.. For example, today, the default init date was February 3, and I changed the date of report to February 1 and it works, but then i tried to change to January 31 and the problem get back!!

    Sorry for the late reply. I tested this but was not able to replicate the issue. Can you please let us know the PHP version on your web host?

    Well, i’ve just updated five minutes ago and tested it again and it works perfectly!! So SOLVED 100%!!! Thanks a lot for the work.
