problem after upgrading to 1.0

1.0 has many beautiful new features. But I encounter a problem after upgrading, which may relate to my server setting…
The problem is…all things look fine if I browse pages on local (server) computer, but in remote computer, the pages can’t show up sometimes with IE6. The pages show only part, then flash, after that, say the page can’t be displayed.
Before upgrading, I didn’t encounter such problem. Does 1.0 use some new techniques that require specific server settings? Does it relate to cookies? If anyone shed me some light, I appreciate very much.
