problem after installation , hack ?

    Hi, after installation (wordpress 4.4) appears a new file in worpress root directory called functions.php , we need reinstall because we´re hacked and send spam from our domain.

    is functions.php (not in theme folder, we´re talking about functions.php in root wordpress folder) a file created during wordpress installation ? is correct or we´re hacked again ?

    after download this functions.php we read a estrange code like …
