    Good morning, I have a problem with the plugin. It set the insert name string on all products, even non-customizable ones. May I know how it can be removed?

    Hello there!

    I hope you are well 🙂

    Can you check if you have set (in the add-ons block) to show the options block for all products?
    You can set in the “Show this block of options in” option to show the block only for certain categories or products.

    Please, let me know.
