    Sorry to hear you are encountering such a problem. Can you please tell us more?

    Was there any error reported?
    What exactly happened? I.e. white screen or there was an error?

    The more details we can have about the issue the better we can assist you. If you are still having an issue manually deactivate the plugin.

    Then, can you please reproduce the issue and send us some information? To do so simple:

    1) Activate WordPress debug and debug log,

    2) activate the plugin,

    3) If the site crashes again rename the plugin directory to manually deactivate it.

    4) Send us the debug.log file from the /wp-content/ folder.
