    I have a tiring problem about Netxgen Gallery. After I install plugin netxgen gallery and enable it , Others plugins disabled. I could not understand that occur why. I am very surprising As these disabled plugins don not have any attachement with the plugin nextgen gallery.
    these disabled plugins are Yoast seo , Wp rocket , sitemap xml , google analytics dashboard …and other five plugins
    please explain for me why this problem occur and what I should do

    Hi @elsaid10

    NextGen shouldn’t do that.
    Please try disabling, deleting, and reinstalling NextGEN Gallery. You will not lose any galleries or data, but it will refresh the plugin files and should hopefully correct your issue.

    If the problem persists, you might need to check for any existing error message in console and share any additional information with us if possible.

    For example: Go to Gallery > Overview > Site details
    Copy and paste the information you find there

    You can also try to enable WordPress Debugging mod and see if there is any information about that particular problem.
