PRO Version Update – Security Issue

    Hi I have the pro version of the plugin that I paid for, the contact form on your website doesn’t work, too many redirects, there is no support system on your website and I have sent an email to info@ as you have noted in another thread but not recieved a response, it has been a few weeks weeks now.

    The free version is showing you updated it after the severe security issue, however the pro version has not had any updates since 2025 and is still on 2.0. Is the pro version secure or vulnerable to the security issue in the free version?

    Given the severity of the issue I would really appreciate a quick yes or no on this, also you may want to fix your support response as it has put me off buying other plugins I have my eye on for the next development.

    Hello @annasgamescom ,

    We have released an update to the Pro version of the plugin to address the security flags that have been raised.

    In addition we have made the plugin compatible with WordPress 7 and WooCommerce 11

    Please update and let me know if there are any other issues or concerns.

    Thank you for updating the pro plugin, 2 months is a long time for a security issue to not be patched. This is a good plugin though, it doesn’t need more features it just needs for support to respond to forum posts and emails and to update the pro version. Knowing that someone is paying attention again is slightly more reassuring.

    I don’t like that someone reported my very honest review as spam around the time the review was replied to and only action took place after I left a honest review. I see the same pattern on another forum post.

    I do like that the website has now been updated and the contact form is working and the email address is on the bottom. I hope we don’t see this again and you keep to your word as you are only hurting your own business if you don’t respond or update. This is litterally the basic level of service on a plugin one can ask for. I want you to suceed, I like the plugin, it does the job, it does it well, if you just keep it updated and don’t ignore people it should continue to do well.

    I will respond if there are any issues with the update.
