    I bought the license 2 years ago for one site and it was working fine until two weeks ago. I wanted to reinstall their plugin but the plugin does not appear under my purchases anymore however the invoice is still there proof that I bought it. Their billing / account team is not answering me. I contacted them on Facebook and through their support form, no answer… Come on guys, I thought you could do better. It is a simple admin problem from your end, why make it so painful??

    Hi there, I just checked and we don’t have any support ticket relating to license/billing issues.

    This is a wrongful review since you are referring to a billing issue which is not directly linked to the free plugin.

    You also never tried reaching out on the free support forum for initial help so we could have then redirected you with a direct email: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/tweet-old-post/

    Hey,

    Our pricing plans are yearly based, most certain if you bought 2 years ago, the license is expired, that’s why you can use it anymore.

    However, you are wrong reviewing the lite plugin as a reference to the pro one, which does not make too much sense for this.
