PRO License Failed

Hi – I have just tried to purchase the pro license for this plugin. the money has been taken from my account, and I have an email with a receipt on it from 2Checkout. However, when I log in to my account on the site I have no active licenses showing.
I cannot post in the support section of the office site without an active license either!
Please can someone help out. Please can I have the email address of the support team in order to resolve this without posting up my personal details publicly?
