Privacy policy statement in wp2.7

I am trying to have a privacy policy in wp2.7 The pp plugin automatically generates on for you. It states: To use the plugin; insert the trigger text <!–privacy-policy–> into an existing page. How do I do this? Have never done this before. Thank You for the help.
