Privacy Policy

    I’ve seen the link on Cookiebot’s site that they do not create a Privacy Policy. So I am concerned/wondering, do I need to find a resource somewhere to create a Privacy Policy still?

    Confused. This whole GDRP thing is so confusing.

    Hi @slobizman,

    Cookiebot does, however, provide useful information and input that can be used in a separate Cookie Policy (we call it our Cookie Declaration) and/or integrated into a Privacy Policy.

    WordPress does generate a default Privacy Policy page. However, it is your responsibility to use those resources correctly, to provide the information that your Privacy Policy requires, and to keep that information current and accurate.

    You can generate the default WordPress Privacy Policy page by going to the Dashboard > hover on Settings > click on Privacy. You can find there more information.

    Does this make sense?
