Priority of payment method

    The primary payment method on the checkout page is the credit card payment, the second is cash on delivery, the third is bank transfer.
    I use the plugin by the cash on delivery payment (extra fee).
    When I set the extra fee my primary payment method will be the cash on delivery. The plugin overwrites the woocommerce setting.
    How can I set my primary payment method to be credit card payment?
