I see. Are you using a custom template? If not, are there any other plugins that affect document creation on your site?

We are not using a custom template nor are any other plugins manipulating document creation that I am aware of.

This is strange. Have you tried reinstalling the plugin from the zip file to overwrite the current one? If you haven’t, this won’t erase your settings. You would download the plugin from here, and then select it via Plugins > Add new > Upload, and then overwrite the current version.

Still same results, no matter what print settings I change, it is only printing on the top 1/4 of a standard piece of paper (8.5in x 11in).
