Printing comments

I have a site that allows contributors to log in, create posts and have people comment on their posts. Only top level comments, no nested comments (replies). When logged in, contributors can access the dashboard but will only see their own posts and only see comments that have been left on their post, therefore can only approve, delete, etc. comments on their own posts.

Is there any way to allow contributors to print out all the comments that have been left on a specific post, formatted ono the page with let’s say the website logo at the top of the page and none of the rest of the website included in the print?
