    Hello Albert,

    If you’re experiencing problems with the “printer not found” please make sure:
    – You’re using the latest version of DYMO Label Software, which you can download from dymo.com
    – Your browser does allow the DYMO Label Framework. Hoe to enable it depends on your browser.

    For example:
    If you’re using Chrome you can find the DYMO Label Framework under “Settings”–> Advanced Settings –> Privacy –> Plugins and search for the DYMO Label Framework”.
