Printaura Woocommerce plugin conflict

I’ve installed the printaura plugin for woocommerce. It enables me to create designs on their site and then sell them through woocommerce on my site.

ithemes security seems to be blocking the connection. Their site cannot access my woocommerce products, shipping classes, etc.

When ithemes is turned off, it works.

I’ve tried turning all the options in ithemes off, but can’t see what’s causing this.

I can’t see any access attempts shown in the logs either.

Any suggestions?
