    Hi –

    I have your unlimited license for your premium version of your plugin. I saw in a support post that this version allows for printing but I don’t see how to do that. Is it possible? If not, is there an upgrade that I would need? If not, what’s the cost considering that I purchased the unlimited license for your premium version?

    Hi @willnev,

    The Premium version of the plugin does allow printing / downloading. You do need to enable the download button from the plugin settings. Once you do that, depending on the visitor’s browser preferences, they will be able to download and/or print the PDF from your site. Please see our FAQ and the Premium set up instructions.
