    I’m about to cry! I’ve been trying to deal with this for way too long.

    I use a Samsung Tab A9+. I have no issues connection to my reader and I also use a barcode scanner with NO issues.

    I bought a Munbyn IMP001 receipt printer as I have the occasional customer that wants a receipt. I have tried everything I can think of and I can NOT for the life of me figure out how to get it to print a receipt or where to even select to print a receipt.

    I’m about to pull what little hair I have left out all because I want to print a receipt when a customer asks.

    Help…please?!

    Hi there!

    I’m really sorry for the frustration this has caused. I can imagine how stressful it feels when you just want to print a simple receipt.

    To clarify, WooCommerce core itself doesn’t include any built-in receipt-printing feature. Because of that, printing receipts usually depends on a specific plugin or POS system that supports your printer model.

    Since I don’t see any WooCommerce extension in your message that handles receipt printing, could you share the exact plugin or POS app you’re using on your Samsung Tab A9+ for your store checkout?
    Once I know which tool is managing the checkout flow, I can help guide you from there.
