Does this take into consideration print infill? It seems to simpl print everything base on a quote that the objects are 100% solid…

Is that correct? I’m getting VERY different model weight on my tests, which throws the prices way off.

Yes it treats the models as 100% solid, at the moment there is no true infill calculation, but in the premium version it can be simulated with custom attributes .
