Primary Menu hover option doesn’t work

    Tried it on two different websites – same problem.

    at Customizing ▸ Header ▸ Primary Menu ▸ Top Menu ▸ Items Styling
    i set up different (Normal and Hover) colors but it’s showing only Hover colors (no effect).

    Disabling all plugins and deleting additonal CSS didin’t help.
