We’re having an issue with pricing – it seems the plug-in is $5-10 (sometimes more) than the numbers we get when entering it into our UPS.com account. I tried using the debug mode and the only possible issue is the lack of negotiated rates. We ‘think’ have negotiated rates – which may account for the discrepancy.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hey Wooforce,

I have tried that and have checked the debug mode and part of that dumps this info:

<RatedShipmentWarning>User Id and Shipper Number combination is not qualified to receive negotiated rates.</RatedShipmentWarning>

I’ve checked the access key, the user ids with and without capitalization, the password and so on.
