Prices problem in WooCommerce

    Hi,

    I have a problem with prices in Woocommerce. When I am logged in in WordPress as admin user the prices are shown, but when I log out and refresh the website page the prices disappears from the product page and also on the page where all products are listed.

    I am using Vantage child theme 1.0.0. and WooCommerce 3.8.1.

    Hi @djapex

    This kind of problem is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. I suspect that you may have a plugin that is restricting customers from viewing prices unless they are logged in.
     
    The best way to determine this is to:
     

    • Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
    • Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
    • Repeat the action that is causing the problem

    If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict.     Thank you for advice. The problem was with Vantage child theme. After changing theme there were no problems with prices.
