Hello, I have an online store with grocery and I have a problem with price rounding. We use superfaktura.sk 3rd party plugin with API to send invoices from Woocommerce to Superfaktura.sk (invoice portal). Everything works great but prices in Superfaktura.sk are rounded on 4 decimals (for example 104.9954) and we need to round prices only to 2 decimals. In Woocommerce settings I have set price rounding on 2 decimals, so I dont know where is the problem. Support from Superfaktura.sk said that we need to set it on our store, but if I open some order in Woocommerce I see there Total Price rounded on 2 decimals not 4. I’m lost please help me

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hello @crazystar156 ,

Okay, let’s first understand the requirements.

Your third party invoice solution needs decimals up to 4 numbers and you have set 2 decimals in WooCommerce. Now there is some problem between the service and WooCommerce. Is that right?

WooCommerce will show what you have saved in the settings. If you set 2 decimal it will show 2 decimals in order. If you save 4 decimals it will show 4 decimals.

If you want to have 2 decimals on WooCommerce but send out 4 decimals to the third-party service then you have to make these changes in your integration application/plugin. You can seek suggestions from the third-party service or take professionals to help from our recommended customization experts.

    Thank you 🙂
