Price filtering does not work properly

    Dear support team,
    the price filtering option seems not to work properly.

    Within the preview, it seems to be proper working,
    but within frontend shop page the filter seems to be broken.

    The filter prices are starting from 22-23, but products usually start from 7 – 50.

    Hello Nick,

    thanks for getting back to me. Well I’ve checked the solving documentation (2nd Link) and found out the following:

    – deactivating all plugins except woocommerce and your WooCommerce Product Filter by WooBeWoo has not solved the issue.
    – switching the theme from Shoptimizer to Storefront has solved the problem so your plugin is working fine.

    Therefore I guess I need to contact the Shoptimizer support for letting them know to solve this problem of incompatiblity.

    Dear Nick,

    thanks again for the helping advices. Meanwhile the problem is also solved as I am using a multilingual appoach and use therefore WPML I had to translate some strings, taxonomy and menu items as well and then the problem seems now gone.

    I am not sure what caused the problem for the filtering, but at least it’s working proper now.
