• I have emailed a couple of times, but haven’t received a response. I am building a website that sells items at wholesale to several types (roles) of buyers. Currently there are 2 roles that can buy – wholesale A and wholesale B.

Wholesale A – gets 20% discount on everything in the store.
Wholesale B – gets price breaks based on quantity discounts.

The issue that I am having is that the wholesale module only allows bulk wholesale pricing for 1 product. I have several different products that have their own quantity discount table. If this isn’t possible, then I may need to use a different plugin for bulk pricing.

However, I thought I could use the price by user role module to at least set the price for Wholesale A, but the price set on the product page do not reflect on the front end of the website for that user role. It is as if the “price by user role” does nothing at all.

  • Hi @eternalist,

    1. Regarding “Wholesale Price” module – there is “Enable per Product” checkbox in “WooCommerce > Settings > Booster > Prices & Currencies > Wholesale Price”. If you enable it, and after that open some product’s admin edit page, you will see new meta box, where you can set wholesale pricing table for the current product only.

    2. Regarding “Price by User Role” – it’s hard to say what is going on without logging to your server, but one thing you could check – if you have any caching plugins installed on your server, please try deactivating them to see if issue disappears. If that doesn’t help – could you please contact me on tom@booster.io.

    Hope that helps.

    Best regards,
    Tom
