Previous post link not working with custom permalink

Hello all

I’m having a strange issue with my blog.
I am using permalinks on an IIS server, which is fantastic and working well.

Installed in the root, the blog is accessible via the ‘/blog’ address (http://www.mattgifford.co.uk/blog/)

However, when I try to view previous posts using the pagination link, which should quite rightly go to mattgifford.co.uk/blog/page/2/, it displays an empty page. The address should be correct.
I’m not sure why it’s not picking up the details or displaying anything.

Please, if anyone can shed any light on this, I would greatly appreciate it.
