  • Hello,

    Thanks for reaching out.

This is odd, can you please install and activate the Facebook for WooCommerce - settings tools mini extension: https://cloud.skyver.ge/X6uOEyG9

Then please go to WP Admin → WooCommerce → Status → Tools be sure to reset the Facebook connection setting, I attach a screenshot example below:

At this point, please try again the setup process following these instructions here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/

    I hope this helps.

I have same issue here, use the setting tools and the result is an error message, exactly the same error

    Hi there 👋

Just wanted to touch base, and inquire how things currently are, @melihb.

Also, version 3.0.10 of the plugin has just been released. Could you update to the latest version and see if the issue persists, please?

To help you further, I’d like to understand more about your setup.

Could you please send us a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.

Once you’ve done that, you can paste the text in https://gist.github.com/ and feel free to change/remove your site URL in the report for privacy reasons.

You can paste the Gist link here in your reply, once you have that.

    Howdy @rogmoreno

In the time between our messages in this thread, version 3.0.10 of the plugin has just been released. Could you update to the latest version and see if the issue persists, please?

If the issue still persists, after updating it, we’d like to take a look at your report on a separate thread, since each store’s setup is different.

Please open a new topic here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/facebook-for-woocommerce/#new-topic-0.
