Previewing Drafts

    I’m trying preview a draft of prior to publishing it online but I keep getting a message that I am not authorized to preview the draft, yet I’m the only person authorized to make changes to our website. I have to have the page proofed by multiple people prior to publishing it. Does anyone know how to go about doing this successfully?

    Hi Jennifer,

    Is this a normal post or page? Or is it a custom post type (a post type added by another plugin or theme)?

    If you look at your user profile; are you listed as an “Administrator”?

    Have you tried deactivating ALL plugins; and switching to the default 2016 theme; just to see if the issue persists?

    Hi Josh,

    This is a page. I’m trying to update our web page but prior to publishing it i have to have it reviewed by multiple people.

    I am listed as the Administrator.

    I will try deactivating the plug-ins to see if that’ll help.
