Preview & updating are stuck

Hi, I use Caldera Forms for a while, all works great until this issue :
I have built a multi page form yesterday. Today I have done plenty of modifications and changes on it. I saved it but the changes don’t appear. The preview is still stuck as yesterday. On the 2nd page, i have integrated a calculation field. I can’t add all the new fields I have created today, I can see only the fields i have created yesterday.
