Will you please share some images so we can reach out to the issues? On the other hand, after changing the shortcode kindly add it to elementor. Due to custom css or js files it can’t load all files properly before reloading the page.
After adding into elementor page builder kindly save it and reload the editor to get all custom css or js properly.
For the firt issue, this is the screenshot in the back editor :

After checking your image, normally this type of issue comes from shortcode broken issues. We request you reply with JSON files of this shortcode.
Go into our tabs shortcode page and export those shortcodes. Once you gotted them kindly share to us as we can check into our development sites.

I downloaded your other plugins ‘shortcode’ and the preview and the edit works, but in elementor the shortcode doesn’t work also !
So I don’t understand why I can’t edit the content with Oxilab Tabs even if the preview doesn’t work !

Hi,
We checked our plugins at elementor page builder. Kidly add a shortcode into the elementor age builder and save data. Once you reload the page external JS or CSS will works properlly.

I tried the plugin on another theme and it works, my theme is the starto! Does it have anything to do with the fact that I can’t see the preview?
