Prevent WordPress From Checking For Updates

I am running wordpress on an internal server .. but it is still showing that I have updates ( wordpress and themes ) that I need to install.

I do not need to install these updates and if I do I will do it manually.

How can I fix this so it does not check for updates at all?

I already added this to wp-config but it didnt help it is still checking for updates.
