Prevent User to delete leads

    Hi

    I need urgent a way to prevent a normal upicrm user to delete leads. How can I achieve that?

    I believe you can send leads to users by mail, and NOTassign those leads to the users…
    would that solve your problem ?
    you can use the “email notifications” menu to send leads information to users, while assigning leads to a UpiAdmin (yourself?)

    Dear Admin, no this will not solve the problem. Admin needs to assign the lead to a user but user should not be able to delete the lead. Can this be fixed or is there any setting please?
