    Hi @backcountryfoodie,

Thanks for reaching out to us this early morning.

It looks like you’ve turned on the Keep Raw URLs option under our settings page.

Don’t worry. We do have a solution for you to replace unprotected URLs on your content with protected URLs automatically.

To advise you better, may we know:

    1. Did you embed your files into content before protecting them?
    2. Which hosting provider are you using?

Please send us a sample page URL where your files are embedded to take a look at.

May we also know your license key or order ID, please?

You might also want to send these details to our support email – hello(at)preventdirectaccess.com so that our team can support you faster.

Just an update, the issue was resolved with the user via email.

As a reference to other users, if you embed your files into content before protecting them, you’ll need to replace unprotected with protected files URLs accordingly.

We do provide a function to automatically replace URLs here:
    https://preventdirectaccess.com/docs/replace-unprotected-urls-in-wordpress-content/

    Hope it helps.
