We are successfully backing up to Dropbox, but a backup copy is also being placed onto our web host server. How do we prevent that?

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the latest backup log file? This can be found in the Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Here is the log: https://pastebin.com/UgT5TXnu

I confirmed the files were uploaded both to the external Dropbox account as requested, but also to my web hosting server at SiteGround.

I do not want the files on the web server.

    Suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Terry

    Hi,

I’m afraid that the log does not show any errors when deleting the local backup files.
Please could you take a screenshot of the files left behind by the backup, and send us a copy (you can use a service such as snag.gy to upload the screenshot)?

We will then be able to compare the contents of the directory with the log.
