When I updated PrettyLinks, the interface looks new and all of my links are missing. The URL redirects still work, but I can’t see any of my old links in the dashboard. I keep getting this error: “Unexpected token ‘<‘, “<!DOCTYPE “… is not valid JSON”

    Hi there,

    Thanks for the report!

Since your redirects are still working, your links themselves are safe. It looks like the new dashboard is failing to load the list, while the data is preserverd.

That kind of error usually shows up when permalinks need refreshing after a big update, or when a security or caching plugin is blocking or caching the request that pulls your links. Please go to your WordPress dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks, and click Save Changes without changing anything, that often fixes it on its own. If you have a caching or security plugin active, clear the cache or temporarily disable it and check again.

If it’s still not showing your links, let us know your site URL and what plugins you’re running so we can dig in further.

Hope it helps, but please let me know if you still need assistance. Thanks!

    All the best,
    Euler.
