Pretty Permalinks resetting themselves

Hi Everyone,

I’ve come across some bizarreness happening with a website we’ve built. For some reason after sometime the permalink structure seems to fail and automatically throw 404’s. We’re using the Month and Name option and it can work for days or cack out after a couple minutes. It also seems to break anytime you go to settings > permalinks. Once you land on that page the structure will break the site. If you stay away from that page, the site seems to be fine for a while and then it too will automatically break.

Has anyone ever come across something like this? Almost every site we build is a custom theme we’ve created for wordpress.
