• Hello,

can I ask if the following scenario is possible? I’ve downloaded the demo but couldn’t really figure it all out.

    1) All the employees use their own google calendar where they put their availability
    2) Client on the website chooses type of service, then chooses whether they are a man or a woman
    3) based on those criteria they can choose an employee and based on that employee they choose a place
    4) at the end of the form they choose a time based on the availability of the employee (and the time should be in hour blocks)
    5) The employee gets a custom email where they confirm the appointment
    6) the client gets a confirmation email

    Is this scenario possible?

    Thank you.

No, Google Calendar synch can be used to notify assistants about their upcoming reservations.

No, you should create a service for man and a service for woman

    3) based on those criteria they can choose an employee and based on that employee they choose a place

based on the service selected they can be choose an assistant, not the location ( soon we’ll release an add-on to manage multiple shops )

    4) at the end of the form they choose a time based on the availability of the employee (and the time should be in hour blocks)

Yes, the times slots available are based on the services/assistant selected and according to the current reservations

    5) The employee gets a custom email where they confirm the appointment

The salon administrator receive an email notification that can be sent even to the assistant. The appointment confirmation can be done only by the salon administrator

    6) the client gets a confirmation email

    Yes
