Presale: multiuser

Hi,
I need to know how exactly works the multiusers feature, before to buy.
I need multiple users that can indipendently manage their locations.
What I’m doing is a sort of air B’n’B in a single building, where people can share their appartements… so every user need to manage his property and availability.
Does the pro edition of your plugin meet this prerequisite?
