Premium WordPress Theme Installation Trouble

Hello there –

I purchased “Presence,” a premium WordPress theme for $50, thinking it would make my life so much easier. But I have been sitting here for several days, trying to upload it / install it on to my WordPress and it’s not working how I want it to.

I would like it to look exactly like the demo and then I can customize it from there but I’m not quite sure how to do that – I thought once I installed it, it would automatically look identical to the demo that I previewed.

I have tried contacting the support where I purchased my theme and have had no response all week, so I’m asking here because ideally I would like to get started on this as soon as possible.

I’m about ready to throw my computer as I am very frustrated.

I can provide any details or links if need be but I feel like I have searched everywhere for a simple solution but am struggling with finding one. Perhaps you lovely people can help me or at least direct me where to go or what to do next… 🙁
