Premium version scam

I upgraded to the premium version over a year ago and purchased the lifetime plan. I was billed again for the lifetime plan. When I try to reach out (both by their form and email address), my requests to get a refund for the double bill has gone unanswered. The premium plugin has gone almost a year without updates. It appears that the premium version is a scam where support questions go unanswered and customers get billed every year even though they purchased the lifetime license.
