Premium version broken, support hasn’t helped

    I bought the premium lifetime version for $239 and it doesn’t record transactions. I don’t know which currency a customer chose for their woocommerce order and I don’t know if they paid or not. Have to look everything up manually on the blockchain.

    I made a support ticket and they haven’t helped me. They told me to try different websocket URLs. I did that and it still doesn’t work. Bad plugin, poor support, don’t recommend.
