1. Our plugin is NOT a spamming tool. Our plugin is not intended and should NOT be used for mass postings. We have thousands of users and we are 100% sure that networks do not suspend accounts for “automated postings”. They do suspend accounts for spam and other violations of their terms. Hello and thank you for your reply. I think the issue is that the replies I made via email must have not updated in your system, which is why you never replied.
I opened a new ticket, but received no confirmation or ticket number or reply. I used the contact form and again received no reply.
Issue #1 was resolved. It was Tumblrs fault as they had incorrectly terminated the account.
How can I obtain support if email, support form and contact form do not seem to work?
I just wanted to add something extra as I know others will be reading this and I dont want it to have a negative impact on your plugin.
The plugin is nothing less than awesome. I love it so much. Your support has been utterly stunning and fast.
Anyone thinking to buy the premium version should go right ahead, you will not be disappointed.
