    Hi,

    I have submitted several support requests over the past 2–3 weeks but have not received a response.

    The “WP-Lister Pro for eBay” plugin reports that the license has been deactivated.

    The WP Lab website is currently unavailable and displays a “Connection timed out” (522) error.

    I’m starting to worry about the reliability of the plugin and the support. Up until now, I’ve always received a response very quickly and have been very satisfied with the support.

  • Same here, logged a ticket 2-3 days ago about sync errors, but didn’t get anything back so far, not even an email acknowledging the ticket. Bit worrying.

    Update: I’m guessing they may have been experiencing server issues as some of the orders from eBay that weren’t showing up have started to appear in WooCommerce.
