Premium Support form is broken

    Hello,

    I appreciate having a “premium support” form directly within the plugin, but unfortunately, this feature is broken. When I send my message (which is barely 145 characters long), I get a “Request-URI Too Long” error from your site.

    Hi @goudie35,

    This form does not only include your own message, but also contains the .htaccess contents of the website in question. The total amount of characters can indeed exceed the limit and trigger a CloudFlare warning for example.

    We’ll have a look at whether this can be increased reliably, but feel free to send a message directly via https://really-simple-ssl.com/support/ to avoid the limit.
