  • I have had the same experience. This is ridiculous. The plugin is not working properly, I paid for it, and they ignore support requests.

WordPress.org forums are where to go for the free version of the plugin, nobody here owes you support. You need to talk to your plugin’s vendors directly.

We are. The point is that this plugin’s author is ignoring the premium support requests. So perhaps a public post pointing out that when you pay for the premium you don’t get support might help them realize they should reply to support requests.

Well, it certainly looks like the plug-in author is ignoring premium support requests. Maybe I’ll file a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Really shocking service.

I have no record of requests from either of you. But can assure you no premium requests received get ignored. Please re-submit your requests on the proper premium support page. Thanks!

I suspect there is something wrong with your support form. I log into your premium page and fill out the support request, and get a confirmation page that it was received. I’ve opened two requests. Maybe you can test that? Or provide us an alternate method of contacting you as the support form doesn’t seem to be working?

I contacted Zendesk (our support ticket system provider) they confirmed that there were some tickets not getting through. They said they fixed it, so you should be good now.

Hi i can’t download the mingle forum plugin..can anyone help me?
