I have also had issues getting any reply from premium support since November (via email or their chat on website).

It is beginning to feel like this has been abandoned. (But they did post around black friday with a promotion). It just seems they are not supporting anything right now which is getting frustrating.

I dont understand they are still accepting payment and selling this plugin but you can’t reach support… and they abandoned it? I’m going to dispute it on my charge. NOT happy.
