    Hello. I have a Custom Checkout Fields plugin activated, so at checkout i have only Name and Email fields. So, customers can’t use the shipping rules from Premium Shipping plugin, because it needs zip code or country name.

    How can i make this plugin to work without checking zip or country? Like basic Flat Rate shipping that don’t need any info to quote the shipping price.
