Premium Not Randomising

    Gday Testimonials Widget support

    I have purchased Testimonials Widget Premium, and placed my testimonials in using the widget in a sidebar. However, the testimonials are not randomising.

    I do not have the conflictjng plugin ‘Post Type Order’, so I am uncertain what to do. I do have the original Testimonials Widget installed, as well as Testimonials Widget Premium installed.

    Darryl,

    Thank you for purchasing Testimonials Widget Premium and sending along the screenshot.

    When I view your website, I see the testimonials rotate and in checking the source, they are random.

    Look for testimonials-widget type-testimonials-widgetin the source code of http://www.dunnsherbalclinic.com.au/about-us/ to see that the post- numbers are not sequential.

    In checking Developer Tools via OSX Chrome, I’m not finding any JavaScript issues via the Console.

    Also, when you hover over a testimonial, it won’t rotate. The testimonial holds itself so that the viewer can finish reading it.

    Can you let me know which plugins are used to control the view at the bottom of the widget options panel?

    Have you tried clearing the cache? See FAQ 1.

    Have you more than 10 testimonials?

    I’m not sure what next to do to help debug. Are you positive there’s really an issue?
